A: It's simple! You can create an unlimited number of external trainings—what we call “requirements.” These let you track training done through third-party organizations. Q: What happens if there’s a software update? Will I have to pay extra?

Q: How can I assign training to my employees?

A: You’ve got options! You can assign training via email, text message, shareable link, or even a downloadable QR code that employees can scan. Want to handle it in person? No problem—you can conduct training face-to-face and manually mark employees as complete. However your team works best, we’ve got you covered.

Q: How does customer support work?

A: When you join Ving, you’re paired with a dedicated Ving Success Manager who’s there to support you every step of the way. They can help with technical questions and offer expert guidance on best practices to get the most out of the platform.
