Who is considered a user?

A user is someone who can create, share, and view Ving. You only need a license for people who will look at data and create or share Ving. You do not need a paid license to view a Ving.

What does phone and chat support include?

Phone and chat are available 9am - 5pm EST and include all technical support or account questions.

Do I need to pay for onboarding every year?

No. Onboarding is a one time fee.

What is included during onboarding sessions?

The first training session covers account basics, creating, and sharing. The second covers everything you need to know about analytics and the recreation features.

  • Single user licenses receive: 2 training sessions.
  • Multiple user licenses receive: up to 20 sessions to divide amongst select users.
  • Enterprise licenses receive: up to 50 sessions to divide amongst select users.

What happens during a Ving Success scheduled call?

During each call you and a Ving Success team member will cover best practices, improve your flow, help you reach goals, and answer any questions you may have about Ving.
